Paola, award winning architect, was born in Rome, after graduating in Architecture from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, she worked in the South of France on residential and commercial projects. She came to the US to design the boutique shops for “Vespa”, the famous Italian scooter company.  She had her own company for many years and founded Paolasquare with another Italian architect. She has always been passionate about reuse of old buildings through contemporary interventions.  Today  her  interest  for  more challenging projects brought her to collaborate with some Washington DC-based architectural firms on a diverse array of project
