Vi invitiamo alla prima classe di cucina con “La bella pastarella”

Join husband-and-wife duo Leo and Monica

on Saturday November 11th at 4.30 pm

for an evening of laughter, fun, and fresh pasta,

with recipes rolled straight from Leo’s traditional Florentine roots.

This is a great experience for members and not of Italian in DC.

You’ll learn just how easy it is to whip up a perfect pasta dough, roll it out, shape it, and fill each delicate nibble with a punchy, flavor-packed filling made from scratch.

The class will focus on 3 types of pasta: Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle (plus some surprise shapes).

During the class there will be plenty of opportunities to socialize with other members and meet new members of the community in a different way and environment and why not drinking a glass of wine!

Tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle, after a few hours in Leo and Monica’s kitchen, you’ll be able to tackle any variety and produce a pasta-piece that tastes even better than it looks!

The cost of the class is 50$ per person and includes equipment for the class and dinner to follow.
