La tessera verra’ inviata in formato digitale. Si puo’ pagare con Paypal anche durante uno degli eventi organizzati.
Italians in DC è nata nel febbraio 2009 come rete online di italiani qui a Washington, nel maggio 2010 e’ diventata un’associazione non profit basata sul volontariato. Nel dicembre 2012 e’ stata riconosciuta con lo status 501(c)(3) di associazione educativa non profit. Questo vuol dire che la quota associativa e ogni donazione successiva e’ deducibili dalle tasse federali.
Italians in DC è ormai un punto di riferimento stabile sia per gli italiani dell’area che per tutti coloro che vogliono conoscere e apprezzare meglio l’Italia.
Italians in DC continua a creare ed estendere una rete di centinaia di italiani che vivono a Washington ed organizzare decine di eventi: business networking, aperitivi, apericena, eventi musicali, incontri culturali, incontri sportivi, incontri scientifici, circoli di lettura con Parolab, circolo teatrali con il Teatrolab, promozione della cultura italiana contempranea, incontri ed eventi promossi per le famiglie con bambini grazie a MaPaCi, Mamma e Papa’ per la Cultura Italiana, collaborazione con gli enti culturali istituzionali qui a DC.

Those who have already signed up for the first time after September 1, 2016 will be partners throughout 2017, therefore September, October, November, December 2016 are a 3-months free on top of the 2017 subscription!
The membership card will be sent in digital format.
We strongly recommendedto pay with Paypal, but we accept cash or check payments also during one of the events organized.
Italians in DC was founded in February 2009 as an online network of Italians here in Washington, in May 2010 became a non-profit organization based on voluntary work, in December 2012 it was recognized with the status 501 (c) (3) non-profit educational association. This means that the membership fee and any subsequent donation are deductible from federal taxes.
Italians in DC is now a stable point of reference both for Italians of the area and for those who want to know and appreciate in a better way the contemporary Italian lifestyle.
Italians in DC continues to create and expand a network of hundreds of Italians who live in Washington and organize dozens of events: business networking, cocktails, aperitivi, musical, cultural and sports events, scientific meetings, book club, theater and coral club, promotion of contemporary Italian culture, meetings and events organized for families with children, collaboration with other Italian cultural organizations and with the Italian Embassy in DC.
